This year the USA Dance 2010 National DanceSport Championship has been fortunate enough to be able to find a premier location in the downtown Los Angeles area.  For the last two years our block of rooms has sold out, and we fully expect to do the same this year at our 30th-Anniversary event, so we suggest that you reserve your rooms early.  The hotel is a brand new, non-smoking, 4-star hotel and has one of the largest and nicest ballrooms we have ever seen.  Marriott guests will have access to both the 3,000-square-foot JW Marriott fitness center and the Ritz-Carlton's luxurious 7,000-square-foot spa, located on the second floor of the building; both fitness centers feature a full line of services.

The hotel is down the street from the Staples Center, the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live, the Regal Cineplex with 14 theaters, and the Grammy's Experience Museum.  There is also a bowling alley, many dining options, and all of the great sights of Los Angeles within a short drive of the hotel. 

Went to visit the hotel on Mon. 12/7/09 and spent about 3 hours talking to our event manager. The ballroom and lobby area outside the ballroom are huge. The on-deck line-up area has plenty of space and should make line-up a breeze. The hotel rooms are beautiful and the outside pool looks cool and should be a great place to relax and soak in some California rays. The hotel is scheduled to open Feb. 15, 2010 and this is a drop-dead deadline since they have a large group registered to arrive at the hotel that day. So, by the time we get there all the last minute glitches should be worked out and we will have an amazing experience.
